Winter Soulstice Art Extension

Knowing how busy it's been for everyone, (myself included! i wanted to do a prompt and haven't had time yet! this is a very selfish extension!) I decided to give everyone an additional week to do any art they wanted to do, putting the new end on the 15th! I will also gather all of the art prompts below :)
Week 1 Art Prompts:
All event art prompts will be eligible during the entirety of the event, and for one week after the event ends on January 1st. Prompts are listed here.
Winter Weather
Draw or write about your Wispcat enjoying the winter weather, whether alone or with friends!
• This prompt may be completed any number of times.
• To count for the prompt, each piece must at least be a bust, or 300 words, showing your Wispcat participating in a winter activity or as part of a winter scene.
• This prompt is worth 3 
Embers and 2 
Winter Motes in addition to the standard art rewards.

• This prompt is worth 5 Embers and 4 Winter Motes in addition to the standard art rewards.
A Special Soulstice Gift
Draw another player's Wispcat!
• This prompt may be completed for full rewards twice, and additional times for half rewards (rounded up.)
• To count for the prompt, the piece must at least be a Fullbody, or 500 words. You may draw their Wispcat alone, or with other Wispcats.
• This prompt is worth 5 Embers and 5 Winter Motes in addition to the standard art rewards.

Today is the final day of raffles for the Winter Soulstice! You'll still have a week to do any prompts, ending on the 8th :)
The bonfire is getting low.
It's been many hours since it was lit, and even more since Winter first addressed you. The time went by, almost without you noticing it, but now it begins to wear on you.
Strictly speaking, Wispcats don't need to sleep, eat, or do the things many consider halmarks of being alive; but many do them anyway, for an assortment of reasons -- enjoyment, comfort, or familiarity to name a few. After spending so much time celebrating, talking, being around the many guests, you feel weary. Regardless of if your solution is to take a nap, read a book, or just spend some time alone, it will be time well spent.
Looking off towards the horizon, a soft pink glow hints at the sun beginning to rise. The Wispcats around you have begun to thin, many saying their farewells, bidding safe travel, and wishing you a

Happy New Year's Eve -- or, New Years for those already there! It's been a long year for many, but I am so, so thankful for having the Wispcat community in my life. In the last year, we somehow made.. 244 Wispcats????? what???? that sounds ridiculous, but apparently so!
"Did you do everything you hoped to do this year?"
Winter's words are curious, and without judgement. Mulling over the thought, what comes to mind? Time spent with friends, time spent alone? Games, work, chores, errands. When you start to speak, he just smiles.
"There's always next year. I can feel the ebb of winter now, as we pass through the solstice, and the day is at its very shortest, before beginning to wax anew. My season is shifting, as it does every year. But even after it ends, we'll meet again, when the world gets cold once more."
The great beast gazes out across the snowy landscape, his face gently illuminated with the glow of so many different lights, before turning back to you.
"And I'll ask you again - Did you do everything you hoped to do this year?"

Winter Soulstice Day 18

We're so close to the end of our raffles, and with it, a super special gift for everyone...!
Just like he said, other Wispcats begin to arrive.
Some in groups, some alone, some cheerful, others, more aloof. But they mingle, chat, eat snacks, and dance around the bonfire.
The solstices are special times of the year for Wispcats. With the winter solstice being considered a time of rebirth by many, it's no wonder that Wispcats -- beings reborn by the strong feelings they held when they left their past life -- observe them with reverence.
Faces come and go, some you might know, others you've never seen. But many stop and sit a while with Winter, whos voice carries quite clearly in the crisp air. He welcomes each and every guest, and he laughs merrily at even the lamest of jokes.
"Come and sit a while with me, eh?" This time, his voice again calls to you, as it had many times over the course of the day.

Hi everyone! We've finally got Week 3s art prompts up <3
"Go on child, light the fire!"
You're not sure what he intends for you to light it with, but nontheless, you approach the pile of sticks and branches. For a moment, nothing happens, but you focus on the feeling of warmth that has been living in your chest, snuggled against your X, giving you the strength to press on....
... and, with the sound of a whoosh, the bonfire is lit.
Winter laughs triumphantly, "Spectacular!" he cheers. "Soon our guests shall all be arriving, and what merriment we shall have!"
Around the hilltop, tables, benches, piles of cushions, and twinkling lights appear, one by one. Winter busies himself checking each thing as it appears, leaving trails of snowy pawprints that melt into the ground in his wake.

Winter Soulstice Day 14

Happy holidays once again! I hope everyone has had a good week so far, and that it continues into the rest of the week!
The snow within the circle of glowing stones begins to melt, revealing a spiraling path of flat rocks, one by one.
The path leads to a large, central stone in the very center of the cleared area. "Excellent! Everything should be in order very soon..." Winter seems to be talking mostly to himself, trailing off as he makes his way towards the largest stone.
Tracing his way around it, mirroring the way he brushed off the others, Winter once again begins to murmur a quiet spell.
Piece by piece, sticks materalize into the shape of a bonfire, promising that a night of revelry is on the horizon.

Murmuring to himself, his voice too low to make out the words, Winter finishes revealing the stones, and the gentle glow soars to life, it's colors reflecting those of the Aurora overhead....

Merry Soulstice Day 12

Merry Christmas Eve, everyone! Sorry for the lateness of today's post, my computer decided to fight me for about 2 hours straight, but it's ok, because it just gives everyone an extra day to join our 12th raffle! I hope everyone who has been celebrating this year has been having a lovely time, and i hope those yet to celebrate will have one too.
When you reach the top of the hill, Winter puffs his chest out proudly.
Presently, the large, relatively flat hilltop is empty. You admittedly expected more, but, watch Winter curiously to see what happens next -- and he does not disappoint.
"I told you we wouldn't be late!" His chest rumbles with a purr as he shakes out his great mane, sending snow in every direction, before the beast takes a moment to inspect the ground. Carefully, he brushes the snow off of a ring of small rocks that weren't visible initially.

Today is our final Inpus affiliate raffle, and to borrow what I wrote yesterday, I've loved running them for you all, and I've been so excited to see people from Wispcats interested in Inpus, and people from Inpus interested in us!! If you haven't been reading about them previously, Inpus (rhymes with Octopus!) are a tiny humanoid plant based closed species, reminiscent of fairies or pixies! Just like every previous day that we have had an affiliate raffle, if you join both of our holiday raffles, you get an extra ticket for both! Inpus raffles have been posted on their Toyhouse each day, and announced also in their Discord. Their final Wispcat raffle is for a Rare Wispcat MYO, and can be found here!

This level of ticket allows you to access so many cute traits! Making Inpus MYOs is very straightforward, but if you're not interested in a MYO for your first Inpus, there will be premade designs and a custom slot raffled soon!
