Creates a Make Your Own slot for a Wispcat of Rare rarity or below.

• Grants access to one rare trait and two uncommon traits for free, as well as free access to common (default) traits; the wispcat's rarity will reflect that of their highest trait.
  • Please mention in "Extra info" panel which of the traits listed are the free uncommon and rare traits.
• This item allows you to use higher rarity traits, but you don't have to; you may instead use this item to create a common wispcat.
• Traits of a higher rarity may be added with items, which would upgrade the rarity of the wispcat but NOT what level of traits are able to be added for free; adding a legendary trait with a potion would still limit you to the one free rare trait and two free uncommon traits.
